How do I apply to become a Covenant Counselor?
Complete the Counselor Partner Registration form on this page. We review every registration and follow up with you.
Is this a full-time position or a volunteer role?
Neither. You stay in your own practice, set your own terms, and receive referrals from Covenant Connect members. The 10% success fee applies only to completed counseling engagements.
What clinical qualifications are required?
We prioritize licensed professionals and experienced pastoral counselors who are trained in Dr. Miller’s Architecture of Restorative Care. At minimum, you must demonstrate competence in pastoral care or counseling, agree to our safeguarding and crisis-response protocols, and commit to ongoing formation in complex grief and trauma-aware ministry.
How are sessions conducted for Christian singles?
All sessions are remote via our secure tele-health platform. This allows us to connect the best-fitting mentor to a member regardless of geographic location.
What is the Covenant Statement of Faith?
We ask our counselors to affirm alignment with the evangelical statement of faith, upholding Scriptural authority, the Trinity, and Biblical marriage.
